So Thankful

Happy Thanksgiving to all!  I am so thankful for many things this year, but most of all good health!  I have one last Thanksgiving card to share with you using Tom Turkey from Purple Onion Designs...

I am joining in on the makings of our Thanksgiving feast this year.  I am definitely not a great cook...but I can bake!  I have a surprise dessert that I'm making for my family's dinner tomorrow & will take pictures & share with you soon.

Update on my soon-to-be giveaway.  I have ordered some Hero Arts & Purple Onion Designs goodies & they are on their way to me as you read this!  I am making it a holiday-themed giveaway & will also include some of my homemade goodness.  Can't wait for you to see!!!

Not your average fishing line

You should check out this card & tutorial by Shari Carroll. I was so inspired by her card that I brought out my husband's fishing line & my Slice & made this card...

I love how the reindeer twirls back and forth on the fishing line. Speaking of fishing, check out this 38 inch Northern my hubby, Jon, caught on his fall trip to Minnesota this year...

Isn't that something?!?!!  Course, I can't resist sharing the 38 1/2 inch Northern I caught several years back!! I need to put away my stamps & fish some more...hee!!
