Muffin tin + paper

Well, we are not having muffins today.  However, we are going to have a decorated muffin tin.  I have used Tombow's adhesive in in this project too.  I used the liquid glue to help adhere the clear acetate pieces to cardstock (such as the spider web piece behind the letter B)...this liquid glue dries clear which works perfect for acetate.

Another sticky subject...

...about adhesive.  I'm having fun with this theme.  :)  Purple Onion Designs has joined Tombow for a blog hop...details here.  Michele asked me if I'd be interested in trying their products and I said yes, of course!  I used their foam tabs, stamp adhesive runner & dual brush pens for this card...

I created the witch by coloring the stamp with the Tombow Dual Brush Pens & then spritzing with water prior to stamping.  I really love how distressed my witch came out.

Stuck on POD & Tombow

I don't know about you, but around my home we are pretty much "stuck like glue" on Purple Onion Designs and Tombow products.  I am a huge fan of the Tombow products & Purple Onion Designs is doing a blog hop with them!  Check out the details here.  I have joined the fun by using Tombow's products with POD's stamps.  Check out my video using their products and instructions on my inking technique (please disregard all of the "ums" throughout the taping...it's my first one)...  :)

It has been a long time coming, but I finally made the video my readers asked for so long ago.  Yes, I'm quite surprised with myself for getting this endeavor done.  Between drawing for my art class & all of the other mom/house duties I have, I managed to get 'er done.  I hope you enjoy it!

Just popping in...

...to let you know I'm around, but very busy.  I have officially started my first class towards gaining my Graphic Design degree.  I am in a 2D Foundations class that involves sketching, cutting & pasting, collage, you name it.  Sounds a little like scrapbooking, huh?!?  Right now we are doing lots & lots of drawing/sketching and it is consuming most of my down-time.  This is why I don't have anything to share right now.  :(  I miss being creative in my new studio, but it should calm down with my upcoming classes.  I will be taking some gen-eds my spring semester, so I may have more studying time than creative time with those.  I will have some projects coming up that I'm doing with Purple Onion, so be on the lookout for that later this month.  If I get in some crafty time this holiday weekend, I'll be sure to post.
