The challenge this past week at Hero Arts was to create a travel/vacation-related card/layout/project. I did a couple different things with this layout...(1) focused around a journey instead of a vacation and (2) created a round "clipping" mask in Photoshop. I am still learning in Photoshop so this was a big accomplishment for me...now I just need to remember how I did it...hee. ;)
Stamps: F5158 Heart Winged Butterfly & K5107 Screen Shadow (on the small butterfly); Ink: Ranger Distress Ink (Walnut Stain); Paper: Heidi Swapp & Cosmo Cricket; Word strips: Teresa Collins; Bling: Hero Arts; Chipboard: K&Company (Wild Saffron); Journal Circle: SandyLion (Kelly Panacci); Martha Stewart Classic Butterfly Punch
I wanted to thank my friend & photographer, Kara, for releasing the copyright of our family photos. You're a dear, Kara. Love you!
Now a card to go with the challenge...
Stamps: HA CL264 Precious Baby, CL292 Celebrate All Day & S5215 Clouds; Ink: Ranger Distress Ink (Walnut Stain) & VersaMark Watermark; Paper: HA Kraft Notecard; Word strips: Teresa Collins; PrismaColor Colored Pencils & Gamsol; Ribbon: unknown source
Catch you later!

You are just so awesome - that layout is the best I've ever seen - and that cute card.. wow. LOVE them both Jenn.

Absolutely LOVE your designs here for the HA challenge! I went and got myself the baby boy set just for the airplane. LOL. And that layout has got to be one of my favorites ever!
