Purple Onion Designs has a new stamp release coming up this week! Michele at POD has partnered up with a fabulously talented artist, Stacey Yacula. Stacey creates beautiful illustrations that just make me smile. Check out all the details about Stacey at the POD Blog. Yeah...I'm turning 40 today. Not thrilled...not excited...kind of sad...but looking forward to many more years with my beautiful family & friends. March in our house is usually pretty busy as there are three birthdays for the month. We just celebrated our birthdays with my in-laws visiting last weekend. Grandma & Grandpa B. watched Emma for us while we cheered Haley on at her last club volleyball tournament. I did some shopping during that time in the nearby city (you have to take the opportunity, when presented, when you live in the sticks like we do). :)
Here's a card using the Cracked Egg - Bouquet from Purple Onion Designs...love this one.

I decided to add in Faith the Chicken to make the card more personal. If you have a good pen, you can sometimes alter the sentiments/stamps to personalize them, as I did here with the (s) on the word chick and Faith's longer legs. I also used Liquid Pearls to add the polka-dots to Faith's heart wing. Here's a close-up of my card...

Had to share the Valentine's that Emma & I made last weekend...
Emma is holding the heart & hello frame I cut on my Silhouette Cameo (design by Karla Dudley). I added the word valentine in Photoshop & then printed them out. We taped her treats on the back & she signed them. :)
Here's a card I also made using the Be My Valentine Logo Stamp from Purple Onion Designs...

I love a versatile stamp...the cups in the Holiday Border Trio stamp set can be used for several occasions, Christmas, Valentine's Day, etc.
The scalloped card was cut using the Silhouette Cameo. :)

For Christmas my dear husband gave me a Silhouette Cameo & I have had so much fun playing with it so far. I downloaded an alphabet background and used the negative of the diecut for this background...
Stamps: Purple Onion Designs Curly Bird, Be My Valentine Logo, Doodle Heart Set & i love
